Features
 Control system: Inovance PLC+touch screen bus type control system. The numerical control positioning can be set in any position parameter, which is easy to operate and powerful.
 Operating system: full text touch operation, simple screen; operators can quickly get started; the system has its own fault identification system, which is convenient for operators to quickly find problems.
 Lifting of the stacking table: It adopts the integrated lifting structure of through stepping and screw rod, which has a large bearing capacity and stable operation.
 Loading and unloading manipulator: It adopts Inovance servo drive and linear module guide, which has fast running speed, stable and noise-free overall, and compact and beautiful structure.
 Printing head: The independently designed pneumatic head lifting device makes printing knives, ink return knives, screen loading and unloading and screen cleaning more convenient.
 Alignment of printing materials: Servo + lead screw linear components are used together with the cylinder to drive the positioning column to push and align, and the pushing speed and position can be manually set according to different product characteristics, which is easy to adjust.
 Action mode of the worktable: The movement of the worktable is driven by a variable frequency deceleration motor, with an appropriate opening and closing angle, and the material self-weight characteristics are used to achieve feeding and accurate positioning.
 Operation mode: There are three modes of manual/semi-automatic/full-automatic, plus conventional operation shortcut keys, which makes the control more humanized and the machine adjustment more convenient and efficient.
 Dust removal + static removal: The equipment is equipped with a pneumatic sticky dust roller dust removal device and a static removal device, with online action, powerful functions and higher production efficiency.
 Safety protection: The operating surface of the equipment is equipped with a protective cover, and an emergency stop switch is installed on the panel. If there is an accident, the equipment can be stopped in time to protect the safety of human and machine!
